About BeachIN

Origin

The company Web-ID GmbH has developed pleasingly since its foundation in 2000 and needed new office space. In 2015, after an unsuccessful search, the company decided to build its own office building in the new Rämismatte industrial zone in Ins. The smallest available plot (2’530m2) was too large for an office building, so the search was on for a better utilisation option. After long clarifications, analyses and feasibility studies the project “commercial building with sand sports hall” was developed. In December 2018, the sand sports hall and the beach bar could be put into operation. The property belongs to the company Rämismatte 7 AG. Web-ID GmbH and BeachIN GmbH as well as other companies are tenants of the different premises.
