- Rental of infrastructure (tables, chairs, lounges, beach volleyball field, games, LED screen, stage etc.)
- Service, set-up and support staff before, during and after the event
- Cleaning
- Apéro
- Drinks (&Snacks) flat rate
The costs for this event example are about CHF 90 per person.
In this event example the drinks are charged at a flat rate. Of course an à la carte service is also possible. In this case the rent for the whole hall including Apéro (without drinks) is approx. CHF 60 per person.
The prices are only meant to give you a rough idea. They depend on various variables (menu, length of stay, number of people, infrastructure, DJ, band…).
