La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Web-ID GmbH<\/a> s’est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re satisfaisante depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2000 et avait besoin de nouveaux bureaux. En 2015, apr\u00e8s une recherche infructueuse, l’entreprise a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de construire son propre immeuble de bureaux dans la nouvelle zone industrielle de R\u00e4mismatte \u00e0 Ins. Le plus petit terrain disponible (2’530m2) \u00e9tant trop grand pour un immeuble de bureaux, on a cherch\u00e9 une meilleure option d’utilisation. Apr\u00e8s de longues clarifications, analyses et \u00e9tudes de faisabilit\u00e9, le projet “b\u00e2timent commercial avec salle de sport en sable” a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. En d\u00e9cembre 2018, la salle de sports de sable et le bar de la plage pourraient \u00eatre mis en service. Le bien appartient \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 R\u00e4mismatte 7 AG. Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s Web-ID GmbH et BeachIN GmbH ainsi que d’autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sont locataires des diff\u00e9rents espaces.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
